Thuong has a PhD degree in international trade and LLB in corporate law. He was Deputy Director General, Legal Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade from 2011 to 2017 and has fifteen years of experience in drafting laws and regulations on trade, e-commerce, corporate and competition.
He was team leader of the Legal Group of Vietnam Government Negotiation Delegation participating FTAs between Vietnam/ASEAN and other country partners from 2007 – 2017.
Alex Kim accomplished professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Korea University. With a profound understanding of the Korean and international business landscape, Alex Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Along with a successful track record in international trade, he has bridged investment from Korea to Vietnam in different industries.
Mr. Phuong has 17 years of experience in consulting and auditing with KPMG and other Big-4 firms, having profound knowledge in finance and accounting, external auditing of financial statements, internal control systems and risk management. He has participated in many due diligence projects and led hundreds of engagements to audit financial statements and revise internal control systems of clients including banks and companies.
Mr. Phuong graduated with Ph.D. from Ho Chi Minh Economic University, he has more than 10 years of working for foreign companies in different industries. In addition to laws, he also supports Vinconsult’s clients in finding partners. Many big business marriage deals get successful with his contribution.
Mr. Hoa graduated with LLM from Melbourne University, Australia. He has 10 years of experience at central government agencies and more than 5 years of experience in big law firms, named Russin and Vecchi, SMIC. He leads issues relating to Commercial Law, Competition Law, Business Law and Industrial regulations.
Mr. Dao Xuan Thuy is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Foreign Trade University. With 13 years of teaching and research experience in international business law, corporate law, contract law, customs law and dispute resolution, he also regularly supports training and consulting for domestic and foreign enterprises in relevant legal fields.
Ms. Linh graduated from Hanoi Law University with 5 years of experience in public policy and administrative procedure. She assists with the company’s regular operations, administrative procedures and ensure compliance with Vietnamese law.
Ms. Chuyen graduated from Hanoi Law University. She has 5 years’ of experience in law firms. She advises foreign investors in joint ventures, commerce, distribution, business and investment registration and corporate matters.
